What we collect
If you fill in the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your postcode or area, the service you are asking about, how you would prefer to be contacted, and whatever you write in the message box.
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever details you give us in that conversation.
Why we collect it
Only to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out work if you go ahead. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is sent to us by email through our website host. Nobody else receives your details. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own use.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Where we have carried out work we keep the record for as long as we need it for our accounts and for any guarantee on the work.
Cookies
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and collects no personal information, so there is nothing to agree to and nothing stored on your device.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets a cookie, so we ask before it runs. Until you choose Allow, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is recorded about you.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not share anything with advertisers, and the site works exactly the same whichever you choose. If you change your mind, clearing this site's data in your browser will make the choice appear again.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
